Ingredients

4 large flour tortillas

1 cup cream cheese, softened

1 cup shredded cheddar cheese

1 cup shredded Monterey Jack cheese

1/2 cup diced fresh jalapeños (adjust to taste)

1/4 cup green onions, chopped

1 cup panko breadcrumbs

1/2 teaspoon garlic powder

1/2 teaspoon onion powder

1/2 teaspoon smoked paprika

1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper (optional for extra heat)

Salt & pepper to taste

2 tablespoons olive oil (for brushing)

Hot sauce (for serving, optional)

Instructions

Preheat the Oven: Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

Prepare the Filling: In a mixing bowl, combine the softened cream cheese, shredded cheddar cheese, shredded Monterey Jack cheese, diced jalapeños, chopped green onions, garlic powder, onion powder, smoked paprika, cayenne pepper (if using), and a pinch of salt and pepper. Mix until well combined.

Assemble the Wraps: Lay a flour tortilla on a clean surface. Spread about 1/4 of the cheese filling mixture evenly over the tortilla, leaving a small border around the edges. Roll the tortilla tightly and slice it into 2-inch thick pieces.

Coat the Wraps: In a shallow dish, spread the panko breadcrumbs evenly. Roll each wrap piece in the panko breadcrumbs to coat, pressing gently to ensure the crumbs adhere.

Arrange on Baking Sheet: Place the coated wraps on the prepared baking sheet, seam side down. Brush the tops lightly with olive oil to help them crisp up while baking.

Bake: Bake in the preheated oven for 15-20 minutes or until golden brown and crispy, rotating the tray halfway through for even baking.

Serve: Once baked, remove the wraps from the oven and let them cool for a few minutes. Serve warm with hot sauce on the side for dipping, if desired.
