1 cup raw almonds

1 cup walnuts, roughly chopped

1 cup pecans, roughly chopped

1 cup sunflower seeds, shelled

1 cup rolled oats

1/2 cup honey

1/4 cup coconut oil or unsalted butter, melted

1 teaspoon cinnamon

1/2 teaspoon salt

1 cup dried cranberries or blueberries

1/2 cup mini chocolate chips (optional for added sweetness)

Instructions
 

Preheat the Oven: Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).

    Prepare the Nut Mixture: In a large mixing bowl, combine the almonds, walnuts, pecans, sunflower seeds, and rolled oats. Toss them together until evenly mixed.

      Make the Binding Mixture: In a separate bowl, whisk together the honey, melted coconut oil (or butter), cinnamon, and salt until smooth and well combined.

        Combine and Coat: Pour the honey mixture over the nut and oat mixture. Use a spatula or wooden spoon to thoroughly coat all the ingredients, ensuring every piece is covered with the sweet mixture.

          Spread on Baking Sheet: Line a large baking sheet with parchment paper. Spread the mixture evenly on the sheet in a thin layer to promote even baking.

            Bake: Bake in the preheated oven for about 15-20 minutes, stirring the mixture halfway through to ensure it toasts evenly. Keep an eye on it to prevent burning; you want it golden brown.
