4 large whole wheat tortillas

1 cup cooked shredded chicken (or chickpeas for a vegetarian option)

1 cup fresh spinach leaves

1 medium cucumber, thinly sliced

1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved

1/2 cup shredded carrots

1/2 cup cream cheese, softened

1/4 cup Greek yogurt

Zest and juice of 1 large lemon

1 garlic clove, minced

Salt and pepper to taste

Fresh dill or parsley for garnish (optional)

Instructions
 

Prepare the Creamy Lemon Sauce:

    - In a mixing bowl, combine the softened cream cheese, Greek yogurt, lemon zest, lemon juice, minced garlic, salt, and pepper. Stir well until the mixture is smooth and creamy. Adjust seasoning if needed.

      Assemble the Wraps:

        - Lay a whole wheat tortilla flat on a clean surface. Spread a generous layer of the creamy lemon sauce over the entire tortilla, leaving a small border around the edges.
