Ingredients

8 oz cream cheese, softened

1 cup sour cream

1 cup mayonnaise

1 cup shredded sharp cheddar cheese

1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese

1 can (4 oz) diced jalapeños, drained (or 1-2 fresh jalapeños, minced for more heat)

1/2 cup cooked bacon, crumbled

1 tsp garlic powder

1 tsp onion powder

1/2 tsp smoked paprika

Salt and pepper to taste

Fresh chives or cilantro for garnish (optional)

Tortilla chips, crackers, or fresh veggies for serving

Instructions

Preheat the Oven: Begin by preheating your oven to 350°F (175°C).

Mix the Base: In a large mixing bowl, combine the softened cream cheese, sour cream, and mayonnaise. Use a handheld mixer or a whisk to blend until smooth and creamy.

Add Cheeses: Fold in the shredded sharp cheddar and mozzarella cheese, mixing thoroughly until evenly incorporated.

Incorporate Jalapeños and Bacon: Gently stir in the diced jalapeños and crumbled bacon, followed by the garlic powder, onion powder, smoked paprika, salt, and pepper. Adjust seasoning according to your taste preference.

Transfer to Baking Dish: Pour the creamy mixture into a medium-sized baking dish, smoothing the top with a spatula.

Bake the Dip: Place the dish in the preheated oven and bake for 25-30 minutes, or until the dip is bubbly and golden brown on top.

Garnish and Serve: Once done, remove from the oven and let it cool for a few minutes. Optionally, garnish with fresh chives or cilantro before serving. Enjoy warm with tortilla chips, crackers, or fresh cut veggies!
