Creamy Jalapeño Corn Skillet

2 tablespoons olive oil

1 medium onion, diced

2 cloves garlic, minced

2 jalapeños, seeded and finely chopped (adjust to taste)

1 cup heavy cream

1 cup cream cheese, softened

1 teaspoon smoked paprika

½ teaspoon cumin

Salt and pepper to taste

½ cup grated Parmesan cheese

Fresh cilantro, chopped (for garnish)

Sauté the Vegetables: In a large skillet, heat the olive oil over medium heat. Add the diced onion and sauté until translucent, about 5 minutes. Stir in the minced garlic and chopped jalapeños, cooking for an additional 2-3 minutes until fragrant.
