1 can (15 oz) chickpeas, drained and rinsed

1 cup romaine lettuce, chopped

1/4 cup Caesar dressing (store-bought or homemade)

4 whole-grain or spinach tortillas

Salt and pepper to taste

1/2 cup Greek yogurt (or a plant-based yogurt)

2 tablespoons tahini

2 tablespoons lemon juice

1 tablespoon Dijon mustard

1 small garlic clove, minced
