4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts

1 cup cream cheese, softened

1 cup shredded cheddar cheese

1/2 cup crumbled blue cheese (optional)

1/2 cup buffalo hot sauce (adjust to taste)

1 teaspoon garlic powder

1 teaspoon onion powder

1 teaspoon paprika

Salt and pepper to taste

1/4 cup chopped green onions (for garnish)

Olive oil (for drizzling)

Fresh parsley (for garnish)

Preheat the Oven: Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).

    Prepare the Cheese Filling: In a mixing bowl, combine the softened cream cheese, shredded cheddar cheese, crumbled blue cheese (if using), buffalo hot sauce, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and pepper. Mix until well combined and creamy.

      Prep the Chicken: Place chicken breasts on a cutting board. Using a sharp knife, carefully create a pocket in each chicken breast by slicing horizontally into the side without cutting all the way through.
