Ingredients

1 large refrigerator crescent roll dough

1 cup cream cheese, softened

1 tablespoon mayonnaise

1 tablespoon sour cream

1 teaspoon garlic powder

1 teaspoon dried dill

1 cup cucumber, finely diced

1 cup bell peppers (mixed colors), finely chopped

1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved

1 cup carrots, grated

1 cup broccoli florets, finely chopped

1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese

Salt and pepper to taste

Fresh basil leaves for garnish (optional)

Instructions

Prepare the Crust: Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Roll out the crescent roll dough onto a large baking sheet, pressing it into an even rectangle. Seal the perforations and smooth the surface with your hands.

Bake the Crust: Bake the dough in the preheated oven for about 10-12 minutes or until it’s golden brown. Remove it from the oven and let it cool completely.

Make the Cream Cheese Spread: In a medium-sized mixing bowl, combine softened cream cheese, mayonnaise, sour cream, garlic powder, dried dill, salt, and pepper. Mix until it's smooth and well-blended.

Spread the Mix: Once the crust has cooled, evenly spread the cream cheese mixture over the entire surface of the square crust.

Top with Veggies: Evenly distribute the diced cucumber, chopped bell peppers, halved cherry tomatoes, grated carrots, and finely chopped broccoli florets on top of the cream cheese layer.

Add Cheese: Sprinkle the shredded mozzarella cheese over the veggies, ensuring an even layer.

Chill: Cover the pizza squares lightly with plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 2 hours to allow flavors to meld and for the pizza to firm up.

Cut and Serve: Once chilled, remove the cover and use a sharp knife or pizza cutter to slice the pizza into bite-sized squares. Garnish with fresh basil leaves if desired.

Enjoy: Serve your Cold Veggie Pizza Squares chilled as a refreshing appetizer or party snack!
