8 oz rotini pasta

2 cups cooked chicken, shredded or diced

6 slices crispy bacon, crumbled

1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved

1 cup cucumber, diced

½ cup red bell pepper, finely chopped

½ cup green onion, sliced

1 cup ranch dressing (store-bought or homemade)

½ cup shredded cheddar cheese

Salt and pepper to taste

Fresh parsley, for garnish (optional)

Instructions
 

Cook the Pasta: In a large pot of salted boiling water, add the rotini pasta and cook according to package instructions until al dente. Drain the pasta and rinse it under cold water to cool it down. Set aside.

    Prepare the Chicken: If you haven't done so already, shred or dice the cooked chicken into bite-sized pieces. Set aside.

      Mix the Vegetables: In a large mixing bowl, combine the halved cherry tomatoes, diced cucumber, finely chopped red bell pepper, and sliced green onion. Toss until well mixed.

        Combine Ingredients: In the bowl with the vegetables, add the cooled pasta, shredded chicken, crumbled bacon, and shredded cheddar cheese.

          Dress the Salad: Pour the ranch dressing over the pasta mixture and gently toss to combine all the ingredients thoroughly. Make sure everything is coated with the dressing.
