4 wooden popsicle sticks (or skewers)

Marinate the Drumsticks: In a large mixing bowl, combine the honey, soy sauce, apple cider vinegar, chili powder, smoked paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, cayenne pepper, olive oil, salt, and pepper. Whisk until the ingredients are well blended. Add the chicken drumsticks to the marinade, ensuring they are fully coated. Cover and refrigerate for at least 2 hours to overnight for maximum flavor.

    Preheat the Oven: Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C).

      Prepare the Drumsticks for Baking: Line a baking sheet with aluminum foil or parchment paper for easy cleanup.
