Instructions
Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or lightly grease it.
Roll out the pizza dough onto the prepared baking sheet, pressing it into a rectangle about 0.5 inches thick.
In a small bowl, mix the melted butter, minced garlic, oregano, basil, and red pepper flakes together until well combined.
Brush the garlic butter mixture evenly over the rolled-out pizza dough, covering all edges.
Sprinkle the shredded mozzarella cheese evenly over the top followed by the grated Parmesan cheese.
Using a pizza cutter or a knife, gently score the dough to create your desired breadstick shapes (about 1 to 2 inches wide).
Bake in the preheated oven for 12 to 15 minutes, or until the edges are golden brown and the cheese is bubbly and melted.
Once baked, remove from the oven and let cool slightly for about 5 minutes.
Use the pizza cutter again to cut through the scored lines to separate the breadsticks.
Garnish with freshly chopped parsley and serve warm with marinara sauce for dipping.
