Ingredients

2 cups cooked chicken, shredded

1 cup cream cheese, softened

1 cup shredded cheddar cheese

1 cup shredded Monterey Jack cheese

1/4 cup sour cream

1 packet taco seasoning

1/2 cup diced tomatoes (drained)

1/4 cup chopped green onions

4 large flour tortillas

Fresh cilantro for garnish (optional)

Instructions

Prepare the Chicken Mixture:

In a large mixing bowl, combine the shredded chicken, softened cream cheese, cheddar cheese, Monterey Jack cheese, sour cream, taco seasoning, diced tomatoes, and chopped green onions. Mix well until everything is thoroughly incorporated.

      Roll the Tortillas:

Lay out each flour tortilla on a clean working surface. Spread a generous amount of the chicken mixture evenly over each tortilla, leaving a small border around the edges.

          Form the Pinwheels:

Starting from one end, carefully roll the tortilla tightly to form a log. Make sure the filling is sealed inside and the edges are tucked in as you roll.

              Chill the Rolls:

Once all tortillas are rolled, wrap them in plastic wrap or foil. Place them in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes to firm up the filling and make them easier to slice.

                  Slice and Serve:

Unwrap the chilled rolls and use a sharp knife to slice them into 1-inch thick pinwheels. Arrange on a serving platter and garnish with fresh cilantro, if desired.

                      Enjoy:

Serve your Cheesy Chicken Taco Pinwheels cold or at room temperature. They make a perfect appetizer for parties, game days, or as a fun snack!
