6 cups Rice Krispies cereal

4 cups mini marshmallows

1/4 cup unsalted butter

1 cup apple-flavored caramel sauce

1 teaspoon cinnamon

1 cup diced green apples (peeled and cored)

1/2 cup chopped nuts (optional, walnuts or pecans)

1/2 cup chocolate chips or caramel bits (optional for drizzling)

    Grease a 9x13 inch baking dish lightly with butter or cooking spray. This will help prevent the treats from sticking.

      Melt Butter and Marshmallows:
