Instructions

Prepare the Mango Glaze:

    - In a blender, combine diced mango, honey, rice vinegar, lime juice, and a pinch of salt.

      - Blend until smooth. Taste and adjust seasoning as needed. Set aside.

        Cook the Beef Filling:

          - In a large skillet, heat vegetable oil over medium heat.

            - Add the diced onion and sauté for about 3-4 minutes, until the onion becomes translucent.

              - Stir in the minced garlic and grated ginger, cooking for another minute until fragrant.

                - Add the ground beef to the skillet, breaking it up with a spatula. Cook until browned and fully cooked, about 6-8 minutes.

                  - Mix in the diced red bell pepper, soy sauce, sesame oil, chili paste, salt, and pepper. Cook for an additional 2-3 minutes until the bell pepper is slightly softened. Remove from heat.

                    Assemble the Wraps:

                      - Take a large lettuce leaf and spoon in a generous portion of the beef filling.

                        - Drizzle some mango glaze over the beef.

                          - Garnish with fresh cilantro, sliced green onions, and chopped peanuts if desired.

                            Serve:

                              - Serve the wraps immediately with extra mango glaze on the side for dipping. Enjoy your Tropical Beef Lettuce Wraps!
