1 cup mixed salad greens (arugula, romaine, and kale)

1 cup cooked quinoa

1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved

1 avocado, sliced

1/2 cup feta cheese, crumbled

1/4 cup walnuts, toasted and roughly chopped

1/4 cup balsamic vinaigrette (store-bought or homemade)

Salt and pepper, to taste

Prepare the Ingredients: Start by rinsing the quinoa and cooking it according to package instructions. Once cooked, set aside to cool.
