4 large flour tortillas or whole grain wraps

1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved

1 cup shredded lettuce (romaine or mixed greens)

½ cup shredded cheese (cheddar or a cheese blend)

Optional: fresh cilantro or chives for garnish
