1 lb fresh salmon fillet, skinless, cut into 1-inch cubes

1/4 cup teriyaki sauce (store-bought or homemade)

1 tablespoon soy sauce

1 tablespoon honey or maple syrup

1 teaspoon garlic powder

1 teaspoon ginger powder

1 tablespoon sesame oil

1/2 teaspoon black pepper

1/4 cup cornstarch (for crispy coating)

Sesame seeds, for garnish

Chopped green onions, for garnish

Marinate the Salmon: In a medium bowl, combine the teriyaki sauce, soy sauce, honey, garlic powder, ginger powder, sesame oil, and black pepper. Add the salmon cubes and toss gently until they are evenly coated. Cover and let marinate in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes, preferably 1 hour.
